I called this company for vinyl tile cleaning and waxing (600sqf approx). When he arrived he forgot to bring the fan to dry the floor (which I find already very unprofessional), so the job took longer than supposed to. I clearly mentioned to him about the stains on the floor, and the type of finishing I wanted to have, and he reassured to me that all the stain will be gone.
