Hands down the worst experience ever which is a complete let down considering they had such good reviews on Google. The service that I was having completed was for air duct cleaning. It all started when I was scheduled for a 10-11am arrival. They called at 9:55 to say that they were having van issues and would need to “swap” it out for a different one. We are wery pleased with the cleaning of the dryer vent and chimney. We had more done that was not on the schedule. Thank you.
Having an older home, I was concerned that cleaning out the dryer vent would not be an easy job. Sam arrived right on time and evaluated the situation. He was kind and courteous and positive in that he thought that cleaning out the vent and reattaching the 2 parts where the it had separated was something that could be done. He quickly went to work and within a short time had it all cleaned out, had reattached the 2 parts and had everything working as it should. Thank you Sam and Proclean
