Car wash stopped mid wash, and left my car covered in soap. No refund too which is impressive customer support!

Car gets really clean. Although something from the whipping brushes scratched my dark colored car. And can easily be seen now.
I pay for a membership to use the automatic car wash, but it's often either closed or out of service. What good is paying for a membership if I can't use it frequently?
