Never received the gutters that our insurance company paid for. We also personally paid for ridge vents that were not installed. I get it, mistakes happen, but we were promised this would be resolved in the summer. This has not been resolved and a refund has not been offered. It has now been 1 year. I really don't want to go the BBB route.
Tilman and his crew did a fantastic job! They replaced our roof quickly, kept us updated the whole time, and made the process stress-free. Highly recommend!
