Took the time... I needed to replace one tile on my kitchen floor. I had been to 7 other stores, most of which would not take the time to even look for me (except for Tile for Less). I brought in the broken peice and the sales associate Dana took the time to look. She even found the relacement piece I needed. She could have suggested many expensive remedies or just said no. But she didn't. She looked and she did find the right tile.
