Recently got my car repaired here. Service was excellent and they did a great job on my car. Highly recommended.
Went in because insurance referred me to have my driver's side door get fixed. Communication was easy, replied in timely manner. Estimate number of days car would be in repair was accurate, they send updates about the repair via email too. However, when I picked up my car I noticed the glass window had scratches and my left turn signal light was hyper blinking. Prochilo Bros. did an excellent job on my car, after a small collision. The communication was excellent, providing me with email updates and progress reports. Drop-off and pick-up were seamless and the car came back to me with a detailed clean!
Had body work done to my car a couple times over the years from Prochilo and I've been impressed every time. Quality and transparent service!
Only thing better than the quality of work is the customer service- regular updates, work completed ahead of schedule and very friendly and accommodating with pickup and drop off.
