Prochilo Bros. did an excellent job on my car, after a small collision. The communication was excellent, providing me with email updates and progress reports. Drop-off and pick-up were seamless and the car came back to me with a detailed clean!
Had body work done to my car a couple times over the years from Prochilo and I've been impressed every time. Quality and transparent service!
Only thing better than the quality of work is the customer service- regular updates, work completed ahead of schedule and very friendly and accommodating with pickup and drop off.
More accurately a 2.5 / 5 star rating. I got into an accident with my 2018 Mazda 3 and the insurance company recommended Prochilo. Reception is very nice and I thought my car was in great hands after speaking to the technician. However, 2 weeks after when I picked the car up I noticed the hood was not aligned, paint bubbles were all over, and the radiator was not secured properly, it was shaking quite a bit.
