Phillip and his business partner does not respond to calls or emails I have a faulty heating unit that he will not assist with. I will never use them again.

My family has used these guys for various jobs. At first very friendly and knowledgeable but after install, they stop responding to calls and now I have 2-3 jobs where i can’t get a certificate done and other jobs the systems are not working. We have spent close to $80k+ and have no idea how to sort this mess out. Please be careful guys.
After sale service is poor, he never responds to any calls or messages, I have spent close to $100k for daikin air con and heating system which have stopped working.
