Initial customer service was promising, but the experience declined significantly once payment was made. We encountered an issue with an incorrect address, and the team was unfortunately unhelpful in resolving it. Communication became sparse, with emails going unanswered for days at a time. I paid these people on Monday to serve someone it’s Friday and these people still haven’t did the job!!! This is the last place to use if you have a court date coming up they don’t care at all only care about the money!! If I could give a -5 I would

Good customer service AT FIRST. Very nice on first phone call. I provided them with info on 3 exact times and locations to serve the defendant. They did not show up. Aside from the first time, they did not even respond as to whether they would be there or not. It would have been ok either way, but they just didn’t respond. I ended up hiring a different process server from Thumbtack who was amazing, cheaper, and got the job done in about 18 hours. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service.

Amazing service provided! I’ve never had to serve anyone before (clearly lol) and these guys made it an extremely comfortable process. I had doubts they’d even be able to get the person served since they may try to dodge it, but they reassured me the entire time they’d get the job done, and they did! Definitely hoping my legal matter is resolved soon, but if not, I know exactly who to reach out to facilitate this process! Thank you Process Servers!
