I hired Process Server Associates of Arizona and paid $125 for routine service, which advertised 4 attempts with the first attempt within 72 hours. I provided detailed times and locations to help complete service promptly, but communication quickly became a major issue. Disappointed with the service. The initial email response was prompt and professional, but once payment was collected, communication stopped completely; no returned emails and no callbacks for updates. It took over 72 hours for the first attempt at service, followed by another five days before a second attempt, even after I was informed the individual was out of state. Spoke to Michael on Thursday afternoon to serve a divorce summon to my ex wife and by the following Monday the summon was served, I like how fast and easy the whole process was. Michael is very professional and understood my concerns, I highly recommend their services.
Awesome service, emergency court date scheduled for Friday, server George waited outside the respondent’s home today until he got home. He was served and will have to appear tomorrow. Thank you George & Crew!
Excellent service and very knowledgeable about the legal process for a proper serve. I needed my ex served papers for divorce however he travels and hard to pin down.
