I sent in 3 rolls of APS film. I asked to have the film digitally developed and uploaded to Dropbox. I was charged for this service along with film developing and shipping for the film. I did not ask for photos. I did not receive photos. I have written Process One 3 times via their email at info@processonephoto.com. I wrote them on July 24th, July 30th and August 9th. Disappointed! Took almost 2 months to have a photo made from a slide. Then the very high shipping charge was outrageous. Ask before you send to them. Will not use again.
Ordered senior photos on Wed and had them by Friday! Thats not even the best part.... Hands down the best part was the quality of the photos!!! So happy I will be ordering from them from now on!
Great place to get senior pictures printed - the photos look great, and arrived fast If you are looking for the wallet photos that have the rounded edges, these folks can do it.
Amazing... I brought about 20 rolls of film from a trip we took to Europe and Process One developed all the film. I had color and black+white, and I had prints made as well as scan to a USB drive. HOME RUN! Wow, I feel lucky to have a photo lab in town so I don't have to mail my film off (but Process One apparently does a TON of mail order film developing too.) The pictures they printed are great - color is spot on, no dust. etc. The scans were larger files than I expected, but that's a good thing. Now that I'm getting back ... read more
Great prints! We ordered photo prints from Process One and they showed up a few days later and looked PERFECT! Just what we wanted, and we'll be back for sure.
Process One did a GREAT job on our daughter's senior pictures. The prints are great, especially the wallet prints with nicely done rounded corners. The price was good, the work is great. Thanks again!
We hired our own photographer for senior photos that provided all the digital prints. Local stores could not provide a good quality photo that could be passed out when I tried to print. I found Process One online and opted for matte finish and was extremely pleased when received. Important to know the wallets were normal sized wallets, rounded corners and can have name imprinted on them.
