I sent in 3 rolls of APS film. I asked to have the film digitally developed and uploaded to Dropbox. I was charged for this service along with film developing and shipping for the film. I did not ask for photos. I did not receive photos. I have written Process One 3 times via their email at info@processonephoto.com. I wrote them on July 24th, July 30th and August 9th. Disappointed! Took almost 2 months to have a photo made from a slide. Then the very high shipping charge was outrageous. Ask before you send to them. Will not use again.
Ordered senior photos on Wed and had them by Friday! Thats not even the best part.... Hands down the best part was the quality of the photos!!! So happy I will be ordering from them from now on!
