Dr. Kathleen Gilmore, Procerus owner/ operator, left me with a permanent 2" red scar under my eye, across my left cheek after she over-lasered my facial redness from a previous treatment at Procerus. This place is the best! Dr Gilmore and her staff made me feel safe with their new covid-19 protocols and thorough cleanliness. For my second visit, I got some Botox. It was my first time for this procedure. I personally wanted the results to be subtle and Dr Gilmore delivered!! I also got the thread lift for my jawline and under my chin. I wore a grey button up shirt for the first time in years. I went in for MiraDry the beginning of December, it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
