Very pleased all around! I had several things needing attention, and the Service manager patiently went over each with printed quotes. Even took the time to show me one concern with the car up on the rack so I could see it. I was given a ride to my work and picked up later which was extra nice. Repairs were reasonable, and no problems. Highly recommend!
we've taken our cars here a couple of times when they had problems. the problems are always fixed but sometimes the service isn't great. prices always seem competitive though
Great place to get your tires or your vehicle fixed. Fast, Friendly, and Courteous. Drop your vehicle off, they take you back to your home and call you when its finished. This is a very professional and well run business.
My mother was traveling thru Maryville, TN and her car overheated, causing it to have to be towed to Pro Care Tire because it is a recommended service center thru AAA. It was close to closing time and the owner stayed over to assist my mother. He replaced the broken fan belt and my mother was on her way home with one less worry about her car to occupy her mind on the next 110 miles she had to go. My mother and I sent them thank you notes for the time they took to help her after hours. CC
Poor service! Poor quality! We took our van in to have a valve replaced. After the repair we had to take it back three times to get the oil leak fixed. It still is not fixed. Either they don't know what they are doing or they don't care.
