I went to PROCARE Spine & Sports Therapy to help with a hip/IT band/quad issue. I am a frequent hiker and this injury sidelined me for 7 months. I tried for 7 months to fix the issue with stretching, foam rolling, massage, massage gun, and more but I wasn’t able to fix it. I came to see Dr. Boothe and he was able to fix the issue in 4 visits. Dr. Boothe listened to me and personalized the therapy according to my injury. I would highly recommend. I wish I would have found him sooner.
