We are very happy that Gerald is our Pool Guy. Such a hard worker and personalble to his customers. he captures a 10 Star raiting if we could give it.
I am from grand island resort and the community pool looks better than it’s ever been with Mike being our technician. He always goes above and beyond.
We changed to ProCare about 5yr ago and have been very satisfied They go above and beyond...and my dog loves all the techs!
I have been a customer of ProCare Pool Service for 10+ years, and cannot say enough good things about their service and communication to their customers. They are quick to let me know when something isn't functioning properly, and also speedy with getting parts and service done on any repairs. We have a large pool that gets a lot of debris through the screens, so I appreciate their attention to detail each week in keeping it looking great.
Geon does a great job and we can always count on him coming early on Monday.
