We’ve used ProCare Pools for a couple of years. They’ve always been responsive & kept our pool clean. Recently they repaired some broken parts & continue to monitor them to make sure all is good. Great customer service.
I would give zero stars if possible. Worst pool technician ever. pool went green twice in a month. They had the pool salt water system turned off, pool pump wouldn't prime after they came. Filter was NEVER cleaned by them. We watched the technician come and leave without doing the service. HORRIBBLE

We had procare service us from about May 2023 to December 2023. Our regular day was supposed to be Thursdays but they more regularly showed up on Fridays. While they did a decent job cleaning, we had on and off issues with our filter after they started servicing us. At procare's recommendation, we had them replace the filter unit. We would still see air in the filter/pump but were told this was not a problem. (?) Come January 2024, I went to pay an invoice that was deleted. We have used ProCare Pool for several years. They were always very responsive and did a good job. They cost a little more, but we always felt they did a very good job. They get 2 stars now because they still communicate well, but recently, the quality of their work declined. Our excellent pool cleaner was promoted in the company (smart of them!), and someone new started coming. He would skim the top, flush the filter, and adjust the chemicals.
