Broke my equipment. It's a cheap part. I would assume for them less than $5 for a coupler? Even if it's 20 is it worth pissing somebody off over? Pool basket not emptied properly T- cell has a shortage error, I'm guessing it was likely dropped and nobody wants to fess up. I'll repair it myself. If the salt cell is bad I'll be filing in small claims. My fountains are not cleaned because they don't deal with "interior plumbing".
