First of all only reason for one star there is No lower rating option. I have never worked with a more dishonest, disrespectful lying company in my life. Have worked with hundreds of contractors in my profession and Procare is by far the worst. Many issues and lies throughout my project with this company, they final notable issue they provided a rectangular safety cover for my freeform pool something that any reputable pool installer knows would void the warranty if it would have been installed. The amount of rudeness I received as a potential customer while looking for a hot tub doesn't even make sense. Good luck running your business that way.

Staff goes out of their way to help, always remember my pool and needs. Never overcharge. Friendly and family oriented place. Always recommend this place to my friends.

We just got back from ProCare and wanted to make sure we left a good review. We needed a few hoses and adapters for our pool and the staff there found out exactly what we needed and had eveything in stock. Good people, great experience!
