Jon brought me from barely able to raise my arm to being able to do most things with it. Because I have a tendon tear, my range of motion remains a bit limited, but I'm no longer in constant pain, I can raise my arm, and I'm very pleased with the progress I made. Jon was always encouraging me, and I hope I can maintain the improvement he gave me.
