This pharmacy routinely closes before the hours they have listed online. I left work, booked it here, and they closed 20 minutes before their online close time. This has happened several times. They always lie and say it's due to a delivery -- I genuinely and truly do not believe that this is ever the case. It seems they pick and choose when to close early randomly. The staff is so polite and knowledgeable! They know who I am when I call and are familiar with all my prescriptions.
Great customer service and very prompt and friendly especially if you happen to meet Nastaran, she is great, and knowledgeable. I am a big advocate for local businesses and when I find one that actually do a great job, I feel that it is my responsibility to spread the good word. I would definitely recommend going there.
For years I used one of those Big Box pharmacies, but then a referral from a friend steered me to Procare Pharmacy on Stringtown Road in Clarksburg. What a nice, friendly group of people! Not only are the pharmacists congenial and engaging, but I also find them to be dedicated professionals who are always ready to offer counsel on questions about: OTC meds and treatments; or how to determine what vitamin supplement(s) I really need, or what is the recommended vaccination schedule for older adults; and so on.
