This man called my number back to harass me.. Im appalled that people think this is ok. When I called it was for professional reasons. The man I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and went as far as to call me back and give me a hard time for trying to follow up on an matter. This family owned pharmacy is the BEST!!!!! Since we switched to them a couple months ago at their new location by Stater Brothers,they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to get us what we need when we need it!!! Today i called to see if they were open and they just happened to be there for a bit and they filled my sons antibiotic AND EVEN DELIVERED IT TO US!!!! If you need a pharmacy in the area and you want excellent customer service please switch to Procare!!!!
I’ve been a client of theirs for over 15 years and they have my trust. They always have kind and caring service. They help me out whenever there’s issues with medication in finding solutions.
I'm so happy with the pharmacy. It's a small business and the people there really get to know who you are and they know your name. You don't see that very much nowadays. Their location is clean and the people are friendly.
As of May, 2025 they have moved out of the medical building to this great location next to the Stater Bros off Los Alamos at 25060 Hancock Ave ste 101, Murrieta. The nicest, most knowledgeable Pharmacist and his wife always provide outstanding service. They truly care about your medication needs, unlike the big chain pharmacies. Also, I have been able to get my extremely hard to get prescription medications at Procare, when I was unsuccessful anywhere else. Highly recommend this family owned Pharmacy!!
