Does a great job! We are happy!
So chances are if you have looked at Procare Ottobock then you or someone you know has been thru a rough time. If you are an amputee then this is the place you need to be. ive been working with Kat for over a year now and just picked up my new prostetics a couple days ago. thanks to procare im able to walk again and feel normal, Kat and crew came to the hospital i was in to fit me for my first pair. This kind of customer service is rare! Thank you!!

Procare is very professional and efficient. Kat is so helpful and understanding. She listens to your needs and concerns and makes adjustments accordingly. Kat was determined to find a way to fit me with a prosthetic and was successful. Jessica is organized and kindly calls to remind me of my appointment. I am very pleased with Procare and am so glad my therapist referred me to them.
Kat and Jessica are absolutely wonderful. I have been a client here for 2 years and Kat has worked with me to get to my level K3 and achieve my goals. She has also helped me overcome insurance issues, recommending Nurse Practitioner to assist in the hurdles with insurance. I'm so grateful and blessed that Kat and Jessica with ProCare Ottobock are here.
