ProCare provided a loaner that was essential for my husband's mobility. The standard wheelchair, that was offered by another vendor, was useless due to the severity of my husband's disability. The other company was quick to say....that is what we provide, as if it's the basic wheelchair or nothing. I can't imagine their approach with other families facing our predicament. Crystal from Houston Texas helped me fill my insurance paper work. Brooke from Austin helped with the evaluation of my wheelchair. Sergio from San Antonio came to adjust my wheel chair. He fixed my head rest and adjusted foot platform and added knee guards. Very well professional service. Thank you so much for all your help
