Procare provides services the skilled nursing home that I live in, they often fail to provide the medication in a timely manner! They make policies that are not consistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines as well they refuse medication that the patients need! They provide the services to the management and not the patient! I feel that they have a responsibility to at least speak to the patient (whose insurance is paying for their operation) and make sure that our needs are met! Only put in 1 star to write this place sucks never comes in time and mistakes are made alot not having meds that iif you dont get u get sick 🤢 and they always have excuses do not go to
Emily is a very kind and helpfull person.
This is the worse place to work the employees have no ideas what they are doing, they yell at another curse and pick on other employees it’s like high school all over again and to think these are grown adults it’s embarrassing and really sad that this company is being ran in this was run far far away honestly don’t even apply
