Dr Chris Reilly is an outstanding practitioner. I first started seeing him with a dodgy back, 5 months post partum. He made me feel so comfortable, cared for and listened to. He is thorough (spoke with my previous practitioner), knowledgeable and practical in his approach. When it felt like my body had been through the wringer, it was such a relief to finally be making progress and be able to manage and enjoy my baby without being controlled by horrible back pain. I couldn't recommend him more. Thanks Chris!

We are so grateful to Jo from Procare! After just one session, we saw a huge difference in our toddler. The back and head tension that had been bothering them seemed to melt away like the stress had just lifted right off. Jo was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so calming. Thank you for helping our little one feel so much more comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend!
