I worked with Jayden at the photo lab today. Being a noobie to photography and also being extremely new to film photography, Jaden was very helpful and extremely nice to me. She gave me all sorts of great advice and was showing me the process of how they develop the film and how I can drop my film off. She even showed me some 35mm cameras that I could pick up and get started with since I’m borrowing a friends camera. Overall, world class service and experience. I’m a lifetime customer now.
I cannot say enough great things about Procam in Cincy. They always go the extra mile to make sure you get everything you and want need. Also, their trade in's are beyond fair. Amanda is a wonderful GM and hard worker. I was very pleased walking out once again today.

Absolutely amazing service from Jay and Ollie! I am very new to cameras but jay answered all my questions and Ollie was super helpful about events and storage. Truly a phenomenal place to learn and shop. Also amazing deals whether you’re looking for a used camera or a brand new fancy one! They also have every accessory you could need. I’ll be back for events and I’ll be sure to take all my camera questions here!
