I purchased a pergola ( expensive i might add) thinking i would get also quality service since it was so pricy. Its been 1 year and half and the motor still does not work. I called for an “ appel de service in june” and service came in november and still problem not fixed. Not i Need to Wait till next year. Very bad service and company and might i add the owner couldn’t care less anyway.. Buyer Beware …very disappointed !
Je ne recommande nullement cette entreprise pour des pratiques malhonnêtes et un grand manque de service client. Afin de ne pas honorer la garantie d'un produit défectueux après quelques utilisations et de mettre la faute sur le client, ils ont tenté de me faire payer les frais de réparation par l'entremise d'un service de recouvrement. À vos risques et périls. Merci
Service après-vente médiocre, après moins de un an, j’ai du commander un nouveau au mois de mai et je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu (fin juillet)… pas de retour d’appel et aucun suivi. Entreprise fortement déconseillée!!
