Had measurements ready for one project and needed them to come out to measure for another project. They scheduled to come out in the afternoon and ended up flaking out and did not reschedule. Told me to come by the shop to give measurements and pay for the other project. I tried to confirm if 4pm was good, would look at my message and not respond, I was driving and would be near there at 4pm.
