Stay away from this company!!!! They make promises, fire people and blame you on the delay, don't pull proper permits, we had regular drain pipe used that wouldn't pass codes and found out they never pulled permit. We are now having to hire another company to finish after they put us off for months! Didn't secure fence for trench they dug and my dog fell in! We decided to get a pool during June 2020 of the pandemic, knowing that tons of people were doing the same thing. We thought that if we could get it in by the end of the calendar year so we could use it in 2021, that would be perfect. Sitting on the deck at 5:00 pm on a Sunday evening, we filled out an inquiry to find a fiberglass rep/dealer near our home. Within 1 hour, we had a response from ProBuilt Pools. We are about 90% in to the process of our new Pro Built Pool. We couldn't be happier with the product and the process. Chris and all of his folks have been a pleasure to work with. They are prompt at answering our questions and the workers are very professional. We would highly recommend Pro Built for your pool and patio projects.
Great customer service, very rapid response. Installation was done timely and they did a great job.
