I was referred to Probuilt Deck &Fence, LLC by another happy customer. I contacted the owner Tai La and he was able to schedule an appointment with myself and my husband immediately. Our original deck was worn and falling apart. Tai La understood we had children and wanted a safe deck for the children to play on. This was in the midst of the Pandemic too. I hired this company to build a deck and install a fence at my house. He assured me they had 20 years experience and use high quality supplies. I am so disappointed in my deck. Not only did they fail inspection but they used poor quality defective wood that had splits, cracks, chips and knot holes. I complained about the wood and told him it should been returned to his vendor. He tries to convince me nothing is wrong with the wood.
