I only had one opportunity to deal with this company, but it was one too many. The "gentleman" I spoke with was rude, arrogant, and totally dismissive. Bad attiitude from the first word spoken.
Paul, the owner of this business is an exemplary model of what outstanding customer service that was commonplace once was! This man and his hardworking team went above and beyond!
