I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel this experience deserves attention. I hired this company expecting professional roofing work and good communication, but I was left disappointed on every level. The value didn’t match the price — I paid for quality, but what I got looked rushed and poorly done. Extremely disappointed with Pro Build Roofing and Construction. If I could give less than one star, I would. From start to finish, this company showed poor work ethic and even worse communication. They showed up late multiple times, left trash and materials all over my property, and seemed to rush through the job just to get paid. The quality of their work was terrible — uneven shingles, sloppy finishing, and leaks that started showing up just a few weeks later. Wonderful company to deal with. Paul sure got me out of a pickle with disaster water claim. With piping, tile, carpet and more, Paul and his crews professionally communicated with me ever step of the way. The craftsmanship is impressive! Thank you for putting my house whole again.
The service that Pro Build gives is second to none, extremely professional service and very knowledgeable and reliable, the crew that they sent to our house was amazing, they didn’t miss a beat all day long they were very busy and did a fantastic job for us. Heck they cleaned up the whole yard and the job looks great. Thank you Pro Build, Paul and Guss!!!!
