Wonderful company to deal with. Paul sure got me out of a pickle with disaster water claim. With piping, tile, carpet and more, Paul and his crews professionally communicated with me ever step of the way. The craftsmanship is impressive! Thank you for putting my house whole again.
The service that Pro Build gives is second to none, extremely professional service and very knowledgeable and reliable, the crew that they sent to our house was amazing, they didn’t miss a beat all day long they were very busy and did a fantastic job for us. I only had one opportunity to deal with this company, but it was one too many. The "gentleman" I spoke with was rude, arrogant, and totally dismissive. Bad attiitude from the first word spoken.
Paul, the owner of this business is an exemplary model of what outstanding customer service that was commonplace once was! This man and his hardworking team went above and beyond! They had a completely brand new roof installed on my house when I desperately needed it most and even managed to get me a complete, new gutter system AND two solar powered vents to help keep my new shingles cool in the summer and lasting longer!
