Very disappointed with this clinic. I brought my senior cat in for drooling and difficulty eating. They only performed basic bloodwork, found elevated amylase, and quickly suggested pancreatitis or cancer. At the first visit, I was told his tongue was swollen. At the follow-up, that wasn’t addressed at all and I was told it wasn’t oral. I was then told if the Convenia shot didn’t help, “it’s just his time,” and was given end-of-life paperwork. My card got hacked and my card company traced it back to this clinic. I hope others weren’t impacted like I was. It’s been a nightmare 🤦‍♀️

My dog was very sick, getting worse every day, and he died because they kept waiting to get tests done instead of doing them right away. When I first called they didnt want to see him, they just prescribed him medications and when those didnt work they finally saw him. He got bloodwork, had to come back another day to get other testing done. Once he got that testing done he had to come back in a week after that for more testing. I don't know whats going on with Probst veterinary clinic the last few years but its ridiculous. I took my dog there for years but when he got sick they never could get him in to be seen it was always a 10 day wait. His son comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays i guess to help out because Dr. Allen is getting old and can't seem to do much. I took my cat there for a suspected UTI he tested her urine and gave her antibiotics in pills form which i told the receptionist those big pills are going to be difficult to get down her was ... read more
