I have been taking my pets to Dr. Probst for years now and we just love the care we receive!! His son Tory has joined him and met him for the first time and he was so nice, very good bedside manor, and caring. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! I highly recommend Probst vet clinic ❤️
Clean, good balance of space. Dr. Probst took care of business. Staff is friendly and helpful. They really do understand animals, large and small. Just a side note: baby Myrtle Wilder needed to be spayed. Tracy took the time to look for cancellations...got a next day appt!
Wait time was to long for them only having 1 other patient. Was only there for a vaccination and anyone working can give it. 2 techs up front 1 in back doc with patient, still waited 20 mins for tech to give shot. Human was greeted by 1 person and not the patient (dog) for a vet clinic 1 would think the patient (animal) would be greeted and soothed. My opinion is need animal lovers to work in a Vet clinic not standoffish ppl.
Do NOT bring your pets here if you actually care about your pets. Easily the worst vet experience I’ve ever had if you could call it that. Was recommended to come here for my pets and I essentially wasted an hour drive for my two cats to be seen for a total of less than 10 minutes combined. Very unprofessional from the vet all around. No introduction, no questions asked about the cats, didn’t seem like he cared at all.
