We had are beloved baby girl of 17yrs put to sleep I have never been so disappointed and hurt and treated the way we were wasn't able to spend any time with her insuring her that everything is ok and that we love her they called us in the room had me put her on the table the one nurse put both arms around her then put pretty much laid on her holding her to the table and that scared her i could see it in her eyes I didn't have time to tell her it's ok she was already gone didn't let us know they were giving her the medicine t... read more
Great service all around. Friendly staff and really nice Doctor.
Dr Probst and the woman that works with him are not compassionate whatsoever and do not seem to even like animals. The entire visit was confusing, odd, and cold. I have heard horror stories over the years about this place, but there are limited options in town so we went anyways. The rumors were right and I should have listened and stayed away. I highly recommend you make the drive and go to Animal Medical Center of Litchfield where they actually care about your animals and treat them with the compassion they deserve. We wil... read more
