I have had nothing but trouble with these people. I took my boat in for some work. After trying to charge me $600 for a starter and 4 hours of bs labor they told me that one of the pistons in the motor had a hole in it. I took the boat home tore the motor apart only to find nothing was wrong. Even ordering parts from them is like pulling teeth. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I have had nothing but trouble out of them.
I was referred to Proboat through a friend of mine after I had just bought my first boat, and I could not be happier! The entire experience was everything I could have asked for. The owner was very up front with exactly what to expect and was extremely knowledgeable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I dropped my boat off in the morning and it was ready for pick up in the afternoon. I didn't have a single problem with my boat all summer, so this will be the only place that I will ever let touch my boat!

Very Poor Treatment by Proboat by tea cup at Citysearch We took our boat into Proboat on July 1, 2010, to be repaired. They kept it 6 weeks, and we had trouble finding out from them when it was going to be fixed. They also never called us with an estimate for the repairs. When we did hear from them we were told it was going to be "no big deal," but still no mention of cost.
