Service was fast and job was well done. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt the labour rate was extremely high though at $300 for just over 30 minutes of work on top of the $89 service call fee. There were no parts or materials needed, was just labour. I would have rated this experience much higher if the charges were more reasonable.
This is an excellent company operating out of Cochrane, Alberta. They did a superb job of installing a new furnace and water heater into our home 2 years ago. Since then we've been enrolled in their Preferred Service Program, which offers annual plumbing and heating inspections at a very reasonable cost, along with other benefits. We found this company on an internet search when our furnace was threatening to shut down completely, and are sure glad we did!
