I was able to secure an early appointment for a small leak under my bathroom sink. The tech. Curtis, came a little earlier, after a courtesy call (which is so appreciated)! I appreciated his knowledge in explaining reason for leaks due to old plumbing technology used over 25 yrs. ago, and cost estimates for replacement of same in future. I have hired Problem Solved in the past and have always received good work at a fair cost!

Whom ever you guys have working for you that was driving your company van number 15 ( atleast thats the number that was on the drivers door) today March 17th around 455pm. Needs a crash course on company representation especially while driving a company vehicle. Not only that he needs a crash course on How not to be rude to members of the general public and to mind his own bussiness.
