Roger Kolb, the owner of Probuilt Construction bid on a job for repairs due to water damage in my house. He submitted the bid to the insurance company which was approved and agreed to do the job. I called Roger 4 times and sent him a text and he never returned my calls. I have no idea what happened. I was genuinely concerned that maybe he became ill and couldn’t take my calls. Probilt and their team just finished up a remodel after I experienced water damage due to a leak .Everything looks amazing and even though my expectations were high Probilt managed to exceed them. Hired Probilt out to help a struggling family. The job was to add insulation and sheetrock to a small section of my daughter's bedroom and then match paint for the interior bedroom only. The water damage was already mitigated by ServPro. When Roger found out my deductible was high ($2500), he offered to charge me ($2000) if I paid cash. Additionally, he did not do the other job we had originially contacted him for as he said he had a much bigger job that took precedence.
