I love the location and everyone that works there are awesome
You’ll be hard pressed to find better physical therapists elsewhere! From day one, the PTs were empathetic, super knowledgeable, validating, and boosted my confidence. My overall quality of life has improved noticeably. Also a child friendly office and environment, which is a breath of fresh air for working parents balancing crazy schedules.
Called in to make an appointment as a new patient. The woman who answered the phone shortly after annoucing my intention asked if she could call me back and took my number. Two days later. Not a word. Called another physical therapy facility and booked my appointment. Simply the kind of thoroughness and attention we have learned to expect from Trinity Health. After reading the reviews for this facility,, I guess I should .be grateful she never returned my call,
I have benefitted greatly from working with the therapists here! They all are very knowledgeable and personable and creative. I recommend the Probility on Clark Rd.!
