Called in to make an appointment as a new patient. The woman who answered the phone shortly after annoucing my intention asked if she could call me back and took my number. Two days later. Not a word. Called another physical therapy facility and booked my appointment. Simply the kind of thoroughness and attention we have learned to expect from Trinity Health. After reading the reviews for this facility,, I guess I should .be grateful she never returned my call,
I have benefitted greatly from working with the therapists here! They all are very knowledgeable and personable and creative. I recommend the Probility on Clark Rd.!
This place is unprofessional. The final straw was when they called 1.5 hours before my appointment to cancel to see Jeff. I planned my day around that. Had the situation been reversed, they would be charging me fees. Very unprofessional. Their staff were inattentive- more concerned about gossiping with each other than tending to patients. I was with someone for 30 minutes and did 3 exercises. Probably exercised for 5 of those 30 minutes. I don't recommend this place.
I've seen two of their groups at those location for different issues. They've been positive, really informative, knowledgeable of my unusual chronic condition, and make getting my body to function better so much more fun than I was expecting. I can't recommend them enough. They're the reason I tell others with my condition how great PT is!
