Team mom on Spring team asked me to order the banner and gave me flyer for here. Banner turned out great and the addition of the 16 mini banners was awesome! I feel so fortunate that I was given this info for you guys I can't wait until Fall ball starts and I get my team info so that I can order another one.
Been going to them for years. Customer service has always been good but last years quality of banner wasn't as good. However, this year the quality is MUCH improved. The anchoring holes seem more sturdy and the new vinyl mini posters are way better then the paper ones! Glad I gave them another chance this year. And glad they have made improvements! Also very fast!
I am so upset! I order the team banner late Monday afternoon. On Wednesday I called to make a change to one of the players name. They were very helpful and sending the email to change everything. The one thing they forgot to let me know was that it was already to late, and that i needed to have this done by 1 pm. It was 12:45 and they could have taken the information down over the phone! Super irate with the customer service I received. I tried everything to track my package through their website and the only way I can get a tracking number was through their live chat. Once I received a tracking number I noticed it was delivered to Thousand Oaks, one big problem...I don't live their. Once I tried to let them know that either they delivered it to the wrong place (which I paid 108.00 for overnight delivery) or they gave me the wrong tracking number I never heard a peep from them.
