We had an amazing experience with Pablo. Originally our Benz was sent to Gerber by our insurance co., who incorrectly fixed our vehicle and charged our insurance for new parts when they weren't new. They used kits instead which were not installed correctly. Pablo discovered the issue immediately and told us he wanted to make it right for us. I called our insurance and told them what Gerber did.
