Instead of improving my home’s cleanliness, ProAir Furnace & Duct Cleaning made it worse. There was dust and debris left all over my floors and furniture. I had to clean up after them, which was the opposite of what I expected.
I recently hired ProAir Furnace & Duct Cleaning, and unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. While the technicians arrived on time, they seemed unprepared and lacked professionalism. They did not provide before-and-after visuals or explain the cleaning process, leaving me uncertain about the quality of the work performed. Moreover, I noticed no improvement in the air quality of my home post-service. Given their positive reviews, I was expecting a more thorough and informative experience.
When I tried to contact ProAir Furnace & Duct Cleaning about the issues with their service, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction once they’ve been paid.
Needed to get the ducts and furnace cleaned as part of our agreement with the purchasers of our house. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner when we first moved here!! I highly recommend them, they were professional, friendly, courteous and very thorough!! They are also very affordable!! Thank you so much, we really appreciate it!!
Professional to their work and gave the best service. We deserved what we paid for.
