Marek and ProAdvance have provided outstanding service for my SolarFocus biomass boiler for many years. Marek is unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the annual service. Given our hard-to-get-to location he provides swift and helpful advice/fixes remotely, even well out of hours (which is when things always tend to break down!), which gets us up and running again. Marek was extremely helpful and nice when we arrived home late on a Saturday night to a broken boiler and no heating/hot water. He ran us through all the steps remotely to get our boiler working in no time. Could not ask for better service!
