If I could give negative stars I would ! Horrible service with one nurse she shouldn’t be able to work in this type of environment with the attitude she has. No type of manners, no people skills, the way she talks to patients as they walk in is senseless. Answering her personal calls while I’m trying to ask questions about my appointment is very unprofessional, not to mention when I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated she was the supervisor (She said her name is Alex). Please don’t choice this place for any kind of service . They discriminate people. Totally trash.
These people are so useless. I had an appointment at 9:30 and still waiting at 11:37 am. This is not the first time I had to wait hours when I had an appointment. Then, have the audacity to have an attitude if you advocate for yourself for waiting so long. 2 weeks ago no one answered the phone. I had to email my adjuster to try and get a hold of someone. People miss out on physical therapy because they don’t answer the phone. Pathetic of providers and work staff. Physical therapy doctors and workers are the only decent human... read more
