Super rare for me to write a bad review, but EGADS. I am pretty sure it is a HIPAA violation to spew medical information out loud; the doctor telling her staff is one thing, but to say it loud enough for not only myself to hear, but the lobby full of people as well. "I can't pass her. She had back surgery, has bad knees. She has a lot of issues". The last part stung. Issues? It's called 'life happened ' but yes, I have an issue- with people who could be a bit more humane.
If your insurance adjuster suggests going to this place, beg, plead, do whatever you can to go somewhere else. I called three times over several weeks to reschedule my ortho appointment. They finally called me back the week before and refused to make a new appointment. Also, their regular appointments take over 2 hours of waiting unless you go on a Friday. I don't know what physical therapy is like here. I wouldn't trust it.
If I could give negative stars I would ! Horrible service with one nurse she shouldn’t be able to work in this type of environment with the attitude she has. No type of manners, no people skills, the way she talks to patients as they walk in is senseless. Answering her personal calls while I’m trying to ask questions about my appointment is very unprofessional, not to mention when I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated she was the supervisor (She said her name is Alex). Please don’t choice this place for any kind of service . They discriminate people. Totally trash.
