These people are so useless. I had an appointment at 9:30 and still waiting at 11:37 am. This is not the first time I had to wait hours when I had an appointment. Then, have the audacity to have an attitude if you advocate for yourself for waiting so long. 2 weeks ago no one answered the phone. I had to email my adjuster to try and get a hold of someone. Came in 8:30 to check in 12:00 already still waiting for the doctor worst place to come don't ever come here☹️🤬
I got here at 8am and it is now 9am. The tech is not here yet and the lobby is getting full of people. The tech was supposed to be here at 8am. This is ridiculous. 1 star is too much. Horrible service
I think a 145pm appointment should be handled by 245. It's now 320pm. Taken to the back almost an hour ago but Still sitting in a windowless room and ignored. I'm guessing this 1.7 star average is well earned.
