They refused to see me for pre employment physical. I called in the morning to schedule an appt for pre employment physical and they said they only take walk ins Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm. I get there at 1pm and one receptionist immediately says she's going on break and walks away. The other one tells me they're not accepting walk ins today, they gave no reason why. The waiting room was pretty empty, I felt like they just didn't want to help me.
Not that this review will matter, because clearly they have had bad reviews a plenty. Doctor is rude and condescending and pit that on top of waiting 3 hours to see a doctor when you have an appointment it insanity.

I had an awful experience with Proactive Health Work at 3925 10th St W, Palmdale. I went in on January 31st for my TB X-rays as part of my hiring process, and as of today, February 11th, they still haven't sent the results to my employer. This unnecessary delay is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have called over 20 times, and every single time, it goes straight to voicemail. I would have to agree with everyone else, the wait time is horrible, a few years back I went here and got a TB test, was in and out super quick. Now I am waiting over an hour for them to look at my wrist for the result and release me. I'm not sure what happened, but there seems to be a lot of receptionist talking, chatting, ordering food via door dash thinking about lunch, and not really caring about other people's time.
