All these reviews are a bunch of karens that don't understand they can't be seen right away and that places have protocols. I went in for a TB test, drug screen, physical and blood work. The process was very easy and digital. The girls in the front were nice and they got me checked in. Once I got called back, everything went pretty fast. Go to Sixcess in Lancaster, it is 1000% times better than this place. The waiting room is filthy with its seats having what look like pee stains on almost all chairs. I have gone there on 3 times for a TB test in which the ladies at the front office were very rude and refused to offer any help through their online check-in, but once I checked in, I was told to schedule another appointment because they were now full, this happened 2 separate times until I got lucky to take my test. 2 and ½ hours waiting in a room for 2 mins of consultation. 30 minutes to wait for a follow-up. Staff extremely rude, they seemed bothered if asked questions
