I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different. While I understand that everyone’s experience can vary, ours was outstanding. Ms. Celina, the Specialty Coordinator, went above and beyond to help my father-in-law by providing bilingual support in Spanish. She was kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Great service. Front desk staff is very welcoming and answer any questions or concerns.
The wait time wasn’t too bad after I checked in it was about 15min which is understandable for a clinic. The staff that attended me was amazing and my mom that had came with me had questions and Celina helped translate and interpreted amazingly for her with one of the other MAs while I was in the room.
If I could offer a zero I would. I went in for a standard physical and drug test for clearance to work at ANOTHER hospital. My physical was completed and the physician came in told me "Everything is good, except my blood sugar was clearly high." I told her "Okay, I'm a diabetic." She responded "I'm not comfortable clearing you to work with elevated blood sugar." She stated that she would not clear me unless my PCP says I can work, or my A1C is under 8. I have increased my treatment for my diabetes but all my doctors are conf... read more
