They always overbooked. I waited 3 hours for a doctor
First and last time going here for a drug test and TB blood test. I never had any issues with getting blood drawn before. The young lady was struggling and I could tell she was very nervous/irritated that she could not find my vein. There were other young ladies in the room not being professional at all. They are sending me elsewhere to get blood drawn. Apparently it is very common at this location. Do not waste your time here if you are getting your blood drawn. Place run by young inexperienced medical students.
Incompentent staff had four workers in the office trying too withdrawal blood. They tried twice on different arms. And two different strategies. at the end they got frustrated and sent me too quest diagnostics. The next day they called me if i wanted too try again i said no thank you. Kaiser has never giving me a issue withdrawing blood like this.
This so damn awful, no phone calls ever get answered
