We're based in Culburra beach and recently had our roof restored. The results were amazing!! Dylan was so neat and made the effort to make sure his work was spotless. The whole team at proactive were helpful, reliable and easy to communicate with. 100% recommend!
Absolutely first class from start to finish. Nothing was to much the care and attention to detail was brilliant. My roof was a basket case they transformed it into a masterpiece. On time, work completed fast and price more than reasonable.
Recently Dylan fixed our roof and he did great job. From Andrew to Rachel to Dylan the whole process was easy to understand and stress free
The end result was very good however they could’ve done a better job cleaning up. Their communication throughout also needs some improvement. Hard to get in contact with the office & it takes a few emails, & phone calls to get a response. We are also still chasing our 5 spare roof tiles which we were promised a few weeks ago & were part of the quote. We are still hopeful!
