Was initially happy when they fitted my new boiler, despite them leaving a lot of mess and taking a small chunk out of one of the walls; I wasn’t worried about that and was just grateful that they sorted it so quickly. Fast forward to now and they’ve really let me down, when I had a bust valve and no running water all weekend. This was a small job that can be fixed in ten minutes. Inpaid to first fix downstairs toilet that was never done? Now your not answering calls or messages or just not turning up? Ill wait a week for reply if not will be contacting relevant people/companies to report you/proactive plumbing and heating so noone else is charged for work that doesnt get done. Thanks. Romany

Came to sort a water problem on 8th June 2021, after we couldn't get hot water in the shower or the bathroom taps all upstairs, paid £140 but he only adapted a temporary piece in the boiler. He contacted us on 14th June to see if it was OK, but he hadn't solved the problem so he said he'd try to source a diverter from an old boiler in a boiler swap. 8th Sept 2021 & 4th Feb 2022 he still hadn't sourced a piece.
