After several visits to ProActive for physical therapy on my lower back and getting exercises to do at home a big portion of my pain has been relieved. Ryan did an amazing job with showing the different exercises and proper form.
Excellent. Kristine has renewed my Life, where my Doctor destroyed it with Drugs. She knows exactly what to fix to make my neck work again without the pain. Work, yes, but she localizes exactly on fixing the exact problem, her knowledge is tremendous. Highly recommend.
I am able to hike long distances, kayak and bike 4 months after my total knee replacement. This is all due to the physical therapy that Kristine did with me before and after the surgery. Mina and Phoebe are great communicators and helped to confirm all appointments. Phoebe also helped with my therapy.
The team at ProActive are amazing. Always super friendly. Very professional and helped me get back to full strength. Would always recommend.
