I am able to hike long distances, kayak and bike 4 months after my total knee replacement. This is all due to the physical therapy that Kristine did with me before and after the surgery. Mina and Phoebe are great communicators and helped to confirm all appointments. Phoebe also helped with my therapy.
The team at ProActive are amazing. Always super friendly. Very professional and helped me get back to full strength. Would always recommend.
Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I mostly worked with Ryan, and he was amazing in putting together exercises that helped me heal and he was an extremely pleasant person to work with! The receptionist Mina said I dont need to shout her out, but I will anyways: she is kind and funny! A pleasant receptionist goes a long way towards making a place feel more welcoming. I would highly recommend ProActive for anyone looking for physical therapy!
I had a great experience at ProActive physical therapy. Ryan is a talented PT and a fun person to talk to. He knows his stuff and takes the time to really explain the how’s and whys. The whole vibe at ProActive is positive, fun and supportive. Mina at the front desk is a delight. Rachael, Aiden and Pheobe are all wonderful. My only complaint is that I can’t keep going back indefinitely… because they fixed my back problem and sent me off healthier and stronger with a solid plan for staying that way.
