I can't say enough about everyone working at Proactive Physical Therapy. They were knowledgeable, friendly, caring. I had a hip replacement at 75 years old. Unfortunately, my hamstrings pulled off the bone about 2 months after the surgery. Kristine was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. She gave me the exercises necessary to slowly improve my hamstrings. I would not go anywhere else for PT in the future.

I’m very happy with results from treatment plan at ProActive for rotator cuff injury. The therapy combined with cortizone shots was successful, and I was able to avoid surgery. Would highly recommend!

My primary care doctor sent me to ProActive because of a foot pain she could not diagnose. After working with Rachel for 6 weeks, I am back to normal! She was incredibly patient, listened to understand, and asked detailed questions about my pain. I’m not going to lie, the exercises were hard, but I was consistent about going twice a week and it paid off. Also, Mina behind the desk was so kind and made me feel right at home. The staff is incredible! Clap clap clap!
