My primary care doctor sent me to ProActive because of a foot pain she could not diagnose. After working with Rachel for 6 weeks, I am back to normal! She was incredibly patient, listened to understand, and asked detailed questions about my pain. I’m not going to lie, the exercises were hard, but I was consistent about going twice a week and it paid off. Also, Mina behind the desk was so kind and made me feel right at home. Never had an injury that required surgery or therapy before so didn’t know what to expect. Tore a rotator cuff while on the job & was told I needed surgery & physical therapy. My request to the surgeon was to see what therapy could do before getting any surgery. Thanks to the experience & ability of the staff at ProActive Physical Therapy they increased my range of motion to the level that the surgeon was amazed & stated that surgery wouldn’t be necessary. Refereed by my physician, I went to ProActive after a car accident I was involved in. All of my appointments with Rachel and Ryan went so smoothly and using the exercise app, Limber, was easy to navigate. I was able to recover fully by the end of my last appointment with them. All staff members were friendly and it was a plus for me that it is conveniently located. I recommend ProActive to anyone who is looking for real results.
