Refereed by my physician, I went to ProActive after a car accident I was involved in. All of my appointments with Rachel and Ryan went so smoothly and using the exercise app, Limber, was easy to navigate. I was able to recover fully by the end of my last appointment with them. All staff members were friendly and it was a plus for me that it is conveniently located. I recommend ProActive to anyone who is looking for real results.
Ryan and the crew got me fixed up and headed in the rite direction. With the positive encouragement and a targeted workout plan I'm able to get back to my regular routine.
The team here was great! They met me each session with where I was in recovery and took me past where I had been pre injury to being able to get back out there at a high level. Would fully recommend! Treatment was tailored to my goals.
After several visits to ProActive for physical therapy on my lower back and getting exercises to do at home a big portion of my pain has been relieved. Ryan did an amazing job with showing the different exercises and proper form.
