After many years of struggling with pain, and finally getting my hip replacement, I can finally do the things I love pain free thanks to these folks! Great PT experience at ProActive Northside of Bend! I was treated post op rotator cuff surgery. The range of motion and strengthening work was at the pace my shoulder could tolerate. The recommended exercises were based on my daily life and activity. I’m thankful to Warren and Eli. Jennifer is great at the front desk. I felt respected and heard at every visit.
If there were 100 stars, that's what I would give. I'm a 70-year-old male and I've seen many - at least 15 doctors and physical therapists over the last 10 years to try to get help for a soft-tissue pain pattern that extended from my mid back down through my glutes and groin all on the right side. There was no help from MD's, little hands-on mobilization or manipulation by the physical therapists, but much in-clinic and at home exercise of every sort. None of this brought any relief. I just finished my rehab for my second knee replacement. I am so thankful I found Warren and Ryan. They are thorough physical therapists and great listeners. They encouraged me every step of the way. I live in Redmond and they are located near Costco, not far away. They worked hard to get me on the schedule and worked around my travel schedule as well. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Specialists . They will work to get you back on your feet and feeling like your best self!!!
A long overdue 5 star review. I found Proactive by accident when I broke my foot. Warren and his team gave me excellent personal attention and made themselves very available when I was traveling and after I was released from PT. The next year I broke my other foot and without hesitation went back to Proactive. Their thoughtfulness is unmatched to other PTs I've been to. If you want a family environment with excellent care go with Proactive.
