Extraordinary patient care
Everyone from the front desk to the PTs are very friendly and welcoming.
One of the very few facilities that have pool therapy available...staff is great...very compassionate, dedicated & nice. I would recommend 5/5!
I just had my evaluation and started my therapy this week. I have used Proactive many times with very successful treatment. The employees are very helpful and attentive from the front office to the entire workout room. There is always someone readily available to start you on your next exercise without sitting and wasting time and at the same time, they are aware of your personal needs if need to pause and take a little break. I highly recommend their services.
