In one word: spectacular! After my knee surgeryI began calling physical therapy locations that accept my insurance. Very frustrating until I called ProActive and spoke with Tiffany who immediately impressed me with her kindness and professionalism as we set up appointments and then she took care of the authorizations with insurance. Incredible!! The reception staff is very friendly and efficient. I was recommended while recovering from Multiple Myeloma. Since February I've improved mobility and flexibility, to the point of being able play 18 holes of golf. The PT's are amazing and their assistants are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend ProActive. My wife goes there as well and she feel the same way.

one of my 3 PTs here was very personable. but the staff were not always professional, throwing balls & equipment around for fun when they were bored, oblivious to the risk & discomfort of clients, like teenagers. i didnt get what i needed til i found a random youtube video that gave me a handful of simple exercises that cleared up my pain & difficulty within a week. they were also unable to suggest anything beyond heel raises for my achilles injury. pretty close to useless
