10/10- Highly recommend. I've been going a couple times a week since mid-August, of 2025, post hip replacement surgery. Anna and the entire team have been really great. They keep it light and fun but yet are serious about their work and helping you get better. My other hip was replaced 12 years ago and I didn't do any PT post surgery. I went in for a shoulder and elbow injury, and the weekly exercises with the team have really helped reduce my shoulder pain. I truly appreciate Hunter’s support throughout the process. The equipment is well-maintained, and if you’re ever doing an exercise too quickly or incorrectly, they’re always right there to guide you.
