Hunter really puts you at ease and he is very encouraging. Most importantly you never feel that there is a rush and you need to go. Everyone is very nice and attentive to your needs. Would highly recommend this place.
Great experience, currently going for surgery on bilateral labrum tears w/ FAI, has been a great experience overall, I've been to many physical therapy offices in previous years but this one is definitely one (if not the) best!
I was referred to Hunter by a friend. He was as professional and approachable as she told me. He listened, asks clarifying questions, and makes me feel like I can accompish the tasks at hand. He also explains what is going on with my injury in a way that makes it easy to understand.I have been to other PT's over the years and he is one of the best. I will definitely be referring him to others.
Jayne is a fantastic physio who takes time to understand the problem and provide an appropriate plan. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend using ProActive
TL;DR - Absolutely recommend - They care, take the time to evaluate your issue carefully and thoroughly. - Ensure that you understand their proposed treatment plan - Always engaged in your exercises to ensure you perform them correctly.
