RecommendedFriendly staff they listen to you and explain what you will need to get better. Appointments are on time. I’ve been there before on another matter and it help.

RecommendedI have only been going for the last month, but I found that the staff, front to back, are some of the best people around! They really take the time needed to make a difference. My injury is already much better, and continually on the mend!
The facility, equipment and techs here are great. The only drawbacks from giving it 5 stars is their dismal lack of reserved handicap parking. This office is immediately adjacent to a Jerry Bob’s Restaurant and both share two handicap parking spots when Proactive itself could use several alone for its clientele. So some folks with total joint replacements have to be dropped off curb side or use their walkers/crutches for a walk across the parking lot.
The staff at ProActive are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best possible treatment.
