RecommendedI've had to undergo physical therapy several times in my young life for various reasons and in various states aand various companies. I have mostly had a good experience at all of them, there are few exceptions to everything. Entire staff are so professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I have rare issues and my therapist Nicole is amazing, Ryan her assistant and all the assistants are awesome. Great staff & Molly is absolutely wonderful at helping me, excellent at her profession, great & very personable & a very good listener. I also like the location which is in a nice & calm setting & very close to my place.
After two knee replacements and one miniscus tear, I went to Pro Active on Thornydale Road. I cannot thank Bob and his staff enough for the excellent care I received. What a wonderful group of people who help you, encourage you, challenge you, and make you feel as if you are their one and only patient. And I am sure that most of their patients feel that way.
