I went to the location on Bruckner Blvd 6 mos ago. I was only able to go for one visit; my eval. If I didn't follow up with them and my insurance company they would still be sitting around waiting for the insurance approval. They said they'd call me when they heard from my ins. I waited a week, called my ins to find out they never sent over the paperwork!! Do they bother to call my ins co and find out what's going on? NO. So they dropped the ball.
