The worst experience I have ever had. Staff was unfriendly, insulting, discriminatory. I had cash in hand for xray and consult but they refused to allow me to see the Dr. They said they don't accept "medicaid patients". This along with other insulting comment such as "if you can afford cash, you should not be on medicaid". I DO NOT and have never had medicaid.I provided them my insurance card and my ID. What do you get when you have to leave your job and give up your own life to take care of your spouse? Medicaid. A form of coverage that this practice neither participates with or who will treat anyone that falls under that said coverage. This practice thought that my BCBS coverage was just through that provider, but actually BCBS is the carrier of my new Medicaid coverage. Guess who now has a nice fresh $260.00 bill? I do. My first visit was for a consultation. Dr. Miranda was very thorough with explaining what to expect. Very friendly staff. Next visit was for a tooth extraction. For such an unpleasant procedure Dr. Miranda was very gentle and comforting. Very little to no discomfort. Cannot say enough good things. Staff and Dr. were great! Strongly recommend this office.
I can honestly say I haven’t had a better experience in any dental facility than this one. Front desk staff were so nice, dental assistant was very wonderful, and most importantly Dr. Miranda herself was so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Truly a wonderful person with wonderful people working for her. Thank you so much!
I would recommend staff is friendly and accommodating. I walk in and they know me by name just like the t.v. show cheers. Dr Miranda is very professional and down to earth. She is honest and up front about everything. She includes you in the decision on the the right path of your journey with your teeth and gum health.
