I was very nervous prior to the procedure. The team at Proactive Perio were amazing. They answered all my questions. Dr Barker was excellent. Post-procedure I only needed to take pain meds twice and was fine after that. Thank you Dr Barker and the team for your expertise and looking after me so well.

Dr Chris Barker is THE MAN for periodontal treatment. He not only treated my calculus, under my gums, he treated my childhood fear of dentist’s chair to the extent the procedure was a relaxing day at SPA to me.Trust the process!!! I enjoyed every minute!!! The Team is so caring (Lizzy, Lou, Jacinta, and the assistants that I cannot recall names, so sorry!). Special thanks to Lizzy for being so compassionate❤️ All in all, they are Care Bears. I am a returning patient, btw..

Thank you so much for cleaning my teeth, Lizzy — they feel amazing! Lizzy is so passionate, professional, gentle and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Lizzy, Dr Barker and the whole team make a fantastic team. I had my third and final LANAP treatment today with Dr Barker and the wonderful team at Perioactive Perio. I have fibromyalgia so I chose LANAP for the reduced pain and better healing. WOW! I was still a little scared about the treatment on Day 1 because I usually experience pain during dental treatments. LANAP was worth every single cent. The entire team made me feel heard, comfortable and like I was the most special patient every time I walked through the door. My teeth and gums are finally in excellent hands :)
